Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the hardware items in their original box, include a copy of your receipt, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
